BIOCLEAN is a fast acting non-foaming cleaning formulation based on appropriate formulation of peroxygen and peroxy acetic acid.

BIOCLEAN is highly effective against all types of micro-organisms, fungi and viruses. It is an excellent agent for hygienic cleaning of surface contact of vessels, tanks, pipelines, equipment in food processing and other industries.

APPLICATION

ï

• Generally concentration of 20 to 2000 ppm is recommended for sanitation.
• Temperature range from ambient to 45 degree C is preferred for best sanitation.
• Temperature above 50 degree C is not advisable for reason of stability.

PACKING, STORAGE AND HANDLING

ï

• 30Kgs, 25Kgs HM-HDPE blue carboys with D.G cap. A smaller packing is also considered.
• Store in dry place away from heat, sunlight, alkali, acids, organic chemicals, metal oxides,ïsalts etc.
• Use of hand-gloves, safety goggles is recommended while diluting the product.ïDiluted product is safe to handle.
• Any spillage can be washed with copious quantity of water.
